About
Morgan Jensen

RCC | MCP
In-Person Vancouver & Virtual Counselling Across BC
for Teens and Young Adults

Morgan Jensen is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) based in Vancouver, BC. She works with youth (ages 10+), university students, and adults seeking support with life’s challenges, emotional well-being, and building a stronger connection with themselves and others.

Through her career in public health and private practice, Morgan has developed a strong passion for supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate important life transitions. She is also trained as a specialized ADHD services provider, which informs her work with students and young adults who may experience challenges with executive functioning, focus, motivation, organization, and self-esteem. Morgan is particularly drawn to helping students and recent graduates manage the pressures of post-secondary education, explore meaningful career paths, and navigate the uncertainty that can come with entering the workforce.

Morgan has a strong foundation in youth mental health and extensive experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges. She understands the unique pressures youth and young adults face today both online and offline and works to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences openly.

Her approach focuses on strengthening relationships, improving emotion regulation, building self-confidence, and helping clients develop valuable skills and greater clarity in their lives. Morgan takes a trauma-informed, compassionate, and strengths-based approach to therapy, supporting clients in developing insight, resilience, and practical tools that foster lasting growth and well-being.

Background

Experience

Morgan’s career in mental health began in community services as a specialized child and youth support worker and counsellor, where she gained a deep understanding of the challenges young people navigate in today’s ever-changing digital world.

This role deepened her commitment to supporting marginalized communities, recognizing the unique barriers they face, and fostering resilience through inclusive and accessible care.

Following this work, Morgan transitioned into private practice, where she further expanded her clinical experience supporting couples and individuals across the lifespan. During this time, she deepened her interest in working with clients navigating ADHD and developed a growing passion for career exploration and life-direction counselling. Through this work, Morgan began focusing more closely on supporting adolescents, university students, and young adults as they navigate their mental health, academic pressures, and evolving life direction.
