University life can feel exciting, but also stressful, confusing, and exhausting.
Between demanding courses, social pressures, and trying to figure out what you want to study or what career path to follow, it’s easy to feel stuck or uncertain. There are so many options, and it can be hard to know what’s out there or what’s right for you.
Counselling provides a safe, supportive, and confidential space to explore your goals, values, and options, manage stress and imposter syndrome, and build confidence in your decisions.
Sessions provide a confidential and judgment-free space where individuals can feel heard, understood, and supported while developing practical coping strategies and building confidence for the future.
